Purpose of the Course
This course will provide the student with contemporary knowledge of the general principles of fitness and wellness, and with the experience of body movements.
Expected Learning outcomes
By the end of this course the student will be able to:
1. Define wellness and fitness in terms of health, skill, and mental state.
2. Describe the experience of various exercises.
3. Describe principles of training
4. Define strength and endurance, flexibility coordination at it relates to fitness
5. Perform a fitness evaluation and personalized exercises program
